1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that operating a personal watercraft involves inherent risks including capsizing, collisions, bodily injury, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless MN Watercraft Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in this activity.

3. Rules & Compliance

I agree to: (a) follow all federal, state, and local laws; (b) operate only in designated areas; (c) not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs; (d) wear a life jacket at all times; (e) not allow persons under 18 to operate the watercraft; (f) return watercraft in the same condition; (g) immediately report any accidents or damage.

4. Financial Responsibility & Card Authorization

I accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused during my rental period. I authorize MN Watercraft Rentals to charge the credit or debit card used for this booking for the cost of any damages to the watercraft, equipment, or third-party property that occur during my rental period.

5. Physical Fitness

I certify that I am in good physical health, know how to swim, and am not aware of any medical conditions preventing me from safely operating a personal watercraft.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

7. Acknowledgment

I have read this Release of Liability in full, understand its contents, and am signing it voluntarily. I am at least 18 years of age.
